We operate two dispatch centres, one in Japão and one in the Reino Unido. O dispatch location for your order depends on your delivery location e stock availability.
All UK orders are first dispatched from Japão. Parcels are consolidated and sent in bulk via express to the UK, then handed over to a local courier para final delivery. This allows us to minimise shipping time while keeping shipping costs competitive.

- Shipments include tracking, and delivery may require a signature depending on the carrier.
- If you prefer alternative carriers such as FedEx, UPS, DHL, or USPS, additional shipping charges will apply. Please contact us before placing your order for these options.
- Shipping fees cover handling, packaging, and postage costs. Handling fee is fixed.
- To reduce shipping costs, we recommend placing multiple items in a single order. Separate orders cannot be combined, and shipping fees will apply to each.
