We operate two dispatch centres, one in Japan and one in the Storbritannia. The dispatch location for your order depends on your delivery location og stock availability.
All UK orders are first dispatched from Japan. Parcels are consolidated and sent in bulk via express to the UK, then handed over to a local courier for final delivery. This allows us to minimise shipping time while keeping shipping costs competitive.

Shipment & Handling
- Orders are generally dispatched within 1 business day after payment is confirmed.
- Shipments include tracking, and delivery may require a signature depending on the carrier.
- If you prefer alternative carriers such as FedEx, UPS, DHL, or USPS, additional shipping charges will apply. Please contact us before placing your order for these options.
- Shipping fees cover handling, packaging, and postage costs. Handling fee is fixed.
- To reduce shipping costs, we recommend placing multiple items in a single order. Separate orders cannot be combined, and shipping fees will apply to each.
