Made-to-Order Lockets

Each locket is customized with the stone you select.
Once production begins — when the order status changes from ‘Payment Confirmed’ to ‘Processing’ — the stone has been mounted and the item becomes non-cancelable.

Once you place your order, it can’t be canceled without a fee, so please think carefully before placing the order.

Cancellation Before Processing

If you request a cancellation before your order enters the processing stage, please note that some charges are non-refundable.
These include fees charged by the bank or payment provider, not by us:

  • Bank processing fee (~4%)
  • International card surcharge (~2%)
  • Foreign exchange (FX) conversion loss (~3% each way)

In addition, we charge a handling fee (3%).

Altogether, a total of 12% of the order amount will be deducted from your refund.
Your refund will therefore be 88% of the total payment.

After Shipment

Once your order has been shipped, no cancellation, refund, or modification is accepted.

Additional Notes

Please understand that, except for our handling fee, all other fees are charged by the bank or payment provider and are non-refundable.

Refunds are issued to the same payment method used for purchase.

The refunded amount may vary slightly depending on currency exchange rates and your card issuer’s policies.

Return Policy (After Delivery)

Customers may request a return within 14 days after the item is delivered.

Refund Deductions

  • The 12% non-refundable fee still applies (bank fees + handling fee).
  • Original shipping fee is non-refundable.
  • Return shipping cost must be paid by the buyer.

Return Conditions

All returned items must meet all of the following requirements:

  • 100% original condition
  • 100% original packaging, including gift box, pouch, and any accessories
  • No signs of use, damage, odor, or alteration

Return Approval Required

A return must be approved by us before you send it back.

  • Please email us to request approval.
  • We will provide return instructions.
  • If the item is sent back without approval, the return will be rejected, and all costs (including reshipping) will be the buyer’s responsibility.

and some fees are non-refundable even during early cancellation or returns.
