We operate two dispatch centres, one in Giappone and one in the Regno Unito. IL dispatch location for your order depends on your delivery location e stock availability.
All UK orders are first dispatched from Giappone. Parcels are consolidated and sent in bulk via express to the UK, then handed over to a local courier per final delivery. This allows us to minimise shipping time while keeping shipping costs competitive.
