We operate two dispatch centres, one in Japán and one in the Egyesült Királyság. A dispatch location for your order depends on your delivery location és stock availability.
All UK orders are first dispatched from Japán. Parcels are consolidated and sent in bulk via express to the UK, then handed over to a local courier számára final delivery. This allows us to minimise shipping time while keeping shipping costs competitive.

- Shipments include tracking, and delivery may require a signature depending on the carrier.
- If you prefer alternative carriers such as FedEx, UPS, DHL, or USPS, additional shipping charges will apply. Please contact us before placing your order for these options.
- Shipping fees cover handling, packaging, and postage costs. Handling fee is fixed.
- To reduce shipping costs, we recommend placing multiple items in a single order. Separate orders cannot be combined, and shipping fees will apply to each.
